8/8/2023 0 Comments Big time rush concert 2017It makes me feel part of the Big Time Rush family. They speak to me about the pop group I love the most. I also meet two other girls, twin sisters who have come all the way from Israel to see James. The room is filled with screams especially mine. Seconds after, James Maslow runs out onto the stage. The mum, who I discover is all the way from the USA, notices me and asks if I want to stand in front of her. But when you are part of a fandom you are a part of a massive family. I am stuck behind a tall girl and her mum. Two massive security guards appear and open the doors. We arrive at 7:11pm, 19 minutes until doors open, nerves kicking in. Now finally one of the four boys from Big Time Rush, James Maslow is doing a concert at the O2 Academy Islington and I am going to see him with my mum. The day I’ve been waiting for, for six years. So I decided I would meet them one by one. I was hoping they would get back together but four years have passed and that still hasn’t happened. When they split up, in 2013, I was heartbroken because I would never get to meet them. Since 2011 I have been obsessed with a band called Big Time Rush.
